Seventh Heaven PG & Co-Living – Gurugram
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tenants and guests residing at any branch of Seventh Heaven PG & Co-Living in Gurugram. By booking or occupying a room, you agree to comply with these terms.
🔹 1. Admission & Registration
Tenants must submit valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) at the time of admission.
A recent passport-sized photograph and emergency contact details are mandatory.
Management reserves the right to approve or reject any application without assigning a reason.
🔹 2. Rent & Payment Terms
Rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
Delay in payment beyond the due date will attract a late payment fee of ₹100/day.
Rent includes basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, housekeeping, Washing Machine (within limits).
Additional utility usage (e.g., electric heaters, high-load appliances) charged extra.
🔹 3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit equivalent to one or two months’ rent is collected at the time of joining.
The security deposit will be refunded only upon:
Submission of 30 days’ prior notice before vacating.
Clearance of all dues and satisfactory room inspection.
Deposit is non-interest bearing and non-transferable.
🔹 4. Cancellation & Refund
Refunds are only applicable if the tenant provides 30-day written notice prior to vacating.
Booking amount or application fees (if any) are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Management reserves the right to deduct amounts for damages, cleaning, or unpaid dues.
🔹 5. Code of Conduct
Tenants must maintain discipline, hygiene, and respectful behavior toward staff and other residents.
Parties, loud music, or gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior permission.
Alcohol, smoking, and drug use within premises is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate eviction.
Any behavior causing nuisance or danger to others will result in cancellation of stay without refund.
🔹 6. Guests & Visitors
Visitors are allowed only between 10 AM and 8 PM with prior approval.
Overnight stays of guests are strictly not allowed unless approved by management in writing.
The tenant will be held responsible for the conduct of their guests.
🔹 7. Room Allocation & Maintenance
Room allocation is at the sole discretion of management.
Tenants are not permitted to sublet, swap, or shift rooms without approval.
Damage to property, furniture, or electricals will be repaired at the tenant’s expense.
🔹 8. Housekeeping & Laundry
Housekeeping is provided Daily depending on branch.
Tenants must cooperate with cleaning staff and ensure personal belongings are secure.
Laundry services (if included) are offered on scheduled days; misuse may result in charges.
🔹 9. Internet Usage
Wi-Fi is provided for general use (browsing, study, work).
Tenants must not use Wi-Fi for illegal downloads, streaming adult content, or hacking activities.
Misuse may lead to access restriction or legal action.
🔹 10. Safety & Security
CCTV surveillance is active in common areas for your safety.
Tenants must carry their ID cards/access tags at all times.
Management is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
🔹 11. Termination of Stay
Seventh Heaven PG reserves the right to terminate stay immediately in cases of:
Non-payment of rent beyond 10 days.
Repeated misconduct or violation of house rules.
Criminal or suspicious activity.
In such cases, no refund of rent or deposit will be made.
🔹 12. Liability Disclaimer
Management is not liable for disruptions in services caused by natural calamities, utility failures, or government orders.
Tenants are advised to insure valuable items if necessary.
🔹 13. Force Majeure
In events such as fire, floods, pandemics, or lockdowns, management decisions will override standard policies and may include relocation, partial refunds, or adjustments.
🔹 14. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
Updated versions will be posted on notice boards and/or our website.
Continued stay after changes implies acceptance of new terms.
