Seventh Heaven PG & Co-Living (Gurugram)
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for all tenants residing at Seventh Heaven PG, including Girls PG, Boys PG, 1RK units, and Co-Living accommodations in Gurugram.

🔹 1. General Policy
Refunds are issued only when the tenant provides a minimum of 30 days’ notice before vacating the premises.

The notice must be submitted in written form via email, WhatsApp, or through our official mobile app (if available).

Verbal or informal notices will not be accepted for refund claims.

🔹 2. Refund Eligibility
a. Security Deposit:

100% refundable only if:

30-day prior notice is served.

No damage is found in the room or property.

All dues are cleared (rent, utility, penalties).

b. Booking Amount (Pre-Move-In):

Cancellation 7+ days before move-in: 75% refund.

Cancellation within 7 days of move-in: 50% refund.

Cancellation on or after move-in date: No refund.

c. Monthly Rent:

Once the month has started, monthly rent is non-refundable, even if the tenant moves out mid-month.

🔹 3. Notice Period Policy
Tenants must submit a 30-day advance notice before vacating.

If the tenant moves out without notice or with short notice, the entire security deposit will be forfeited.

Notice period is counted from the day written notice is received by management.

🔹 4. Inspection & Final Settlement
After the tenant vacates, a room inspection will be conducted to check for:

Damage to furniture, appliances, walls, etc.

Missing items (as per inventory list).

Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 working days after inspection and dues clearance.

🔹 5. Deductions May Apply If:
Any damage to property is identified.

House rules or contract terms were violated.

Tenant vacates without notice.

Outstanding rent or utility bills remain unpaid.

Deep cleaning or pest control is needed after move-out.

🔹 6. Non-Refundable Charges
Registration or application fee (if any).

Late payment penalties.

Charges for room damages or lost keys.

Cleaning or maintenance recovery charges.

🔹 7. Refund Process
All refunds will be made via Bank Transfer/UPI.

No cash refunds are allowed.

Refunds will only be made to the original tenant’s account used at booking time.

🔹 8. Cancellation by Management
In rare cases where management cancels a booking or stay:

A 100% refund of booking/security amount will be issued.

An option to shift to another branch or room may be offered first.

🔹 9. Special Cases (Medical/Family Emergency)
In special cases (like serious medical issues or death in family), early move-out cases may be reviewed upon request.

Management decision will be final in such cases.
