Safety & Energy Conservation

All electrical appliances, lights, and fans must be switched off when not in use to prevent wastage and hazards.
Water should be used responsibly. Any leaks or plumbing issues must be reported to the property manager immediately.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Tenants ordering food from outside must dispose of leftover food and packaging in the designated dustbins.
Common areas, including bathrooms and kitchens, should be kept clean and tidy after use.

Guest & Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed only during designated hours and must be registered at the security desk. Overnight stays of visitors are strictly prohibited.
Tenants are responsible for the behavior and conduct of their guests within the premises.
